Psychological flexibility as a factor in staff's psychological well-being

Introduction. Staff's psychological well-being is an important measure of the effectiveness organization. In conditions social tension and uncertainty, there a need to identify factors in order stabilize improve quality staff's life. Aim. To explore flexibility employees as factor their organizations with high organizational stability. Methods. The instruments used included Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWB), Subjective Scale, Flexibility (MPFI), Workplace Acceptance Action Questionnaire (WAAQ). obtained data were processed using cluster analysis, Mann-Whitney U-test, one-way analysis variance (ANOVA). Results. According subjective scores identified three types employees: unhappy, happy, happiest. was found affect general level its components. Conclusions. affects does not well-being.
